THE ‘DNA’ OF THE NEW ECONOMY

Global economic landscape is undergoing major tectonic changes at ‘warp speed’. These changes are powered by technological innovation. Nations that do not have a resilient national innovation ecosystem will risk falling behind in innovation and competitiveness – being caught in the virtuous cycle of uncertainty and socioeconomic instability. To breakaway from this downward spiral, developing countries must not only accelerate the development of the ‘blue prints’, but create an ecosystem that facilitate these building blocks to continuously adapt to changes in the environment.
